Comdata is the company we use for our pay cards. Another company has recently bought them. The government has new regulations that apply to these cards. Every employee should receive a copy of the new cardholder agreement. You can also print the new agreement by clicking the "Card Agreement" link. Each employee should fill out the "Comdata Card Consent Form" and send it in to the office. This is the last page in the agreement package. Managers and Supervisors must ensure that each employee has filled out and signed this form. Please ensure that these come into the office as a group from each store. Please send these forms in as soon as possible. We are required by law to have these on file.
Each employee must also register his or her card via Cardholder Web Services. Log on to www.cardholder.comdata.com to register. Employees that do not have access to a computer may use our store computers to sign up. For security reason, we encourage employees to use computer at home with Internet access. You will be asked for personal information. Follow the direction to register your card. After this initial set up, employees should make arrangements to use a computer elsewhere to check account balance, history, and transaction.
If you have forgotten your card number, please fax a request in to payroll and they will respond as soon as possible.
